Several converging lines of evidence suggest that ([beta]-amyloid and inflammation may be
linked in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease (AD), but the mechanism of [beta]-amyloid
neurotoxicity is unclear. In this study, by demonstrating that high molecular weight kininogen
